Side Pounds

I am very excited to announce that I have done my bit to save water on the Atherstone Flight by using the one side pound that works.  Woo Hoo half a lock of water saved with the added bonus of not having to worry about the boat going backwards and forwards.  Joy.

Indigo Dream

Our view of Indigo Dream outside the Hurlingham Club upstream of Wandsworth Bridge.  Hopefully by the time they reached the proper start they had caught up with their 'line'.  :)

We saw pretty much the whole flotilla before they got to the official start then went inside to watch what was happening downstream on the big screen and missed most of the rain.  It did however catch us on the walk back to my sisters flat so we did get a little wet but nothing like those poor singers!!!
