Here I have pulled one set of drawers right out. Each one is a metre long and currently they are screwed together whilst we work out a neater option. To be honest as they come out so far I can probably access anything stored at the back of the end ones quite easily. So probably a nut and bolt type arrangement will work fine. I will discuss further with Andy when he is back on Tuesday. They run on steel runners and are 'smooth'. Nice.
The electrician has been and I now have a fully functioning Tunnel light, horn, front diesel gauge and Mikuni. (see little switch on portside cabinet). He has also fitted the light under the office shelf, and the mirror (I think I haven't actually tested this one out) Not sure what else he has done as he is a night owl. He is returning sometime next week to finish off.
The bed is bolted in place so it doesn't wander in sofa mode. There will be matching indentations to stop it wandering in bed mode as well.
Basically this room is nearly complete. Just a few tweaks left to do.
