What a relief to see the back of the Bosley 12.
Offside mooring - good for cat frolicking.
Pastures new - I turn left onto the Trent and Mersey and head north.
Couldn't work out what the jangling was about then realised it was not on the towpath.
No idea how many cows but hundreds.
I sincerely hope not milked by hand some of them looked like they was busting.
You know the bucolic scene of the cowherder straw and baler twine?
Not any more ...
Lovely spot, lovely day - no more of that awful wind, shame I have to move on tomorrow.
