Tomorrow I will actually be assisting in the fitting out of my own narrowboat. Shock horror. I was told to bring sandwiches but instead I think we will call in to Welbeck Farm Shop/Garden centre/Cafe for a warm and some hot soup.

I saw some very nice engraved porthole glass this year while we were out. Like you the people had their own art work. I asked who did it and made a note of the name, the question is, where did I put it?

I bet you mean the boat Born Free! I had seen their boat test in one of the magazines and then saw them out and about in July this year.
Can I find the boat test for the details? Can I eckerslike! And I have them going back at least two years. Must have been in the older ones that I was forced to give to someone...
